Claude Provencher is an experienced leader with twenty five years of experience in the fields of management and law, within the public service of Canada, the private sector and internationally. He is an expert in judicial reform with experience in many countries and has had extensive training in human resources and change management. He has worked directly with the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government. He is known as a great communicator; with a strong sense of ethics and values, he knows how to guide and lead while building commitment and engagement. At present, he is General Counsel and Regional Director at Department of Justice Canada. Claude has also been an active volunteer for Fibrose kystique Quebec for several years. In 2013, Claude, whose daughter has cystic fibrosis, created a very successful annual cycling and recreational event called Juritour, for the entire legal community.
