Suit up for CF

Leading Italian-Canadian menswear designer Antonio Valente is working with Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the legal community on “Suit Up for CF,” a national fundraising campaign in support of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.

Antonio Valente has been a leader in the field of custom-tailored menswear for over 20 years. As a favourite on Canadian film sets, he has dressed everyone from Greg Kinnear in the recent miniseries The Kennedys, to Gene Hackman, Tom Selleck, Robin Williams, Paul Newman, Bruce Willis and P. Diddy. Mr. Valente’s products are designed and manufactured in Canada. For more information, visit www.antoniovalente.ca.

Mr. Valente will provide personal shirt and suit fittings at the offices of participating law firms. A portion of each sale will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada and a tax receipt will be issued to the purchaser.

The campaign is chaired by Chris MacLeod and Derry Millar. Mr. MacLeod has been living with cystic fibrosis for over 40 years and is the official spokesperson for “Suit Up for CF”. He is a partner at Cambridge LLP and serves on Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s Governance Committee. Mr. Millar has a long-standing commitment to assisting children with CF. He is a former treasurer of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a senior partner at WeirFoulds LLP.
