CARSTAR donates $1 to Cystic Fibrosis Canada for every app download

CARSTAR has launched an iPhone app called “Unhappen My Accident”. The app gives you access to everything you’ll need after an accident has happened – emergency services, insurance info, your exact location and a 24/7 live expert to guide you through – all with the push of a button. For each download of the free application, CARSTAR has committed to donate $1.00 (up to $10,000) to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

The Unhappen My Accident app allows users to easily document all critical information at the scene of an accident including location, time, weather, witness information and other driver information. The app offers the option to either email this information, or save it in the app.

This free app is now available for download from the Apple iTunes App store or at www.carstar.ca/eng/iphone_app.aspx.

CARSTAR has raised over $1.9 million to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
