The Canadian CF Patient Data Registry (CPDR) is a database containing clinical and epidemiological information on CF patients in Canada. CPDR On-line, which was rolled out in 2008, is a utility by which individual clinics may enter, view and edit clinic-specific data through a CPDR Web site, from multiple locations by pre-authorized users. These users have individual user names and passwords to access the CPDR data securely over the Internet.
