Phoebe Dey is a collaborative communication professional with 25 years experience. Before joining Cystic Fibrosis Canada in late 2022, she spent 13 years with the Alberta Cancer Foundation where she had the privilege of leading an international-recognized team responsible for brand, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, media relations, external/internal communication, digital and social media, website development and more, all with the goal of increasing fundraising revenue for the organization. Previous to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Phoebe worked at the University of Alberta in the Office of Public Affairs, helping to raise its national and international profile. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (Edmonton chapter) and co-leads the global Healthcare Communications Shared Interest Group. She has a graduate diploma in journalism from Concordia University in Montreal and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
On Saturday, May 25th, 2024 the South Saskatchewan Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada is proud to be hosting their 40th Annual Ride for the Breath of Life.

The Thow’s live in the Durham region of southern Ontario, where they raised their son Simon and daughters, Megan and Sarah.
