Kelly has held a variety of positions in the charitable, health and public sectors. In 2018, Kelly joined Cystic Fibrosis Canada as the President and Chief Executive Officer. In her tenure with the organization, she has led the development of two strategic plans, navigated through challenges due to the pandemic and most recently was part of a wonderful success story with the approval of a transformational drug for people diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Kelly is passionate about building integrated teams, focusing on impact, and driving change. Visionary with a bit of pragmatism, she loves working with diverse stakeholders - people living with health issues, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, donors, policy makers and volunteers - to ensure that advancements happen and needed change occurs. Kelly holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Queen’s University.
