A loyal HR leader in the New Brunswick government and former Kin Canada President with 9 years of high level experience in human resources, policy governance, board management and non-profit leadership. Achieving his MBA in organizational development from the Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2008, Lee is an expert in organizational change and development. Quickly moving up in the human resources field, Lee managed the Government of New Brunswick’s strategic initiatives. His clear ability to lead and implement positive change led to his promotion to Director of Human Resources. With close ties to Cystic Fibrosis Canada as the former Kin Canada National President in 2010/2011, Lee brings his great knowledge and skill to a familiar organization.
